Ingredients

  • whole wheat bread - 1 French baguette
  • olive oil - 1/5 cup (70 ml)
  • garlic - 5 cloves
  • cloves - 3 crushed grains
  • tomatoes - 2
  • camembert - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • salt - to taste
  • parsley - chopped, for sprinkling

How to make

Cut the baguette into slices, brush them with a little olive oil and put them in a tray to get toasted slightly. While still hot, rub them with garlic.

Cut ripe but firm tomatoes into small cubes, mix them with chopped camembert, salt and crushed cloves. Sprinkle the baked garlic bruschetta with chopped parsley.
