How to make
Cut the bread into slices. Rub them with garlic, pour on olive oil and sprinkle a little salt and pepper mix.
Put them in a tray in the oven to bake. Once ready, take out and arrange a slice of prosciutto and a few arugula leaves onto each.
Crumble a little Gorgonzola and sprinkle a few crumbled walnuts on top of each.
