How to make
Cut an older baguette into thin slices at an angle. From all the dried spices, a little balsamic vinegar and more olive oil, make a runny dressing. Rub the slices with garlic cloves.
Using a brush, smear each bruschetta with the dressing and bake the slices on a pan or in the oven. These homemade bruschetta are delicious with dried tomatoes, salami and cheeses.
