  • baguette - 1 pc
  • tomatoes - 1 pc
  • basil - 3 - 4 leaves
  • garlic - 3 - 4 cloves
  • olive patee - 3 - 4 tbsp

How to make

Cut the baguette into 0.5 cm thick slices. Slash the tomato skin and dip it into boiling hot water for 3-4 minutes.

Peel the tomato, add the basil and garlic and blend to a smooth consistency.

Spread the blended mix over half the slices. You can spread the olive paste on the remaining bread slices.

Arrange the bruschettas on a tray and bake at 390°F (200 degrees) for about 15 minutes.
