  • olive oil - 1/2 cup (125 ml)
  • grated parmesan - 4 tablespoons
  • boiling water - 2 tablespoons
  • salt - by taste
  • black pepper - by taste

How to make

Blend the basil, pine nuts, garlic, salt and black pepper in a blender and gradually add the olive oil.
