How to make
Pour a jar of chickpeas into the blender along with the liquid, in which it was preserved. Add the garlic cloves, sesame tahini and cumin seeds.
Pour olive oil and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Season with salt and blend, until a smooth mixture is obtained.
Pour the hummus into a deep bowl.
Heat a few drops of olive oil in a pan on the stove and pour the pine nuts, add a teaspoon of smoked paprika and fry the nuts briefly.
Make small wells in the hummus with a spoon and pour olive oil in a thin stream.
Add the toasted spicy pine nuts and garnish with a few black olives.
The Hummus with Spicy Pine Nuts is ready.
