Ingredients

  • pine nuts - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • olive oil - 1 cup (200 ml)
  • basil - 1/2 bunch
  • parsley - 1/2 bunch
  • garlic - 4 - 5 cloves
  • parmesan - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • black pepper - by taste

How to make

The sauce is made by mixing all of the components and grinding them in a blender or a chopper.

If you want the taste of the pesto to be more saturated, pre-roast the nuts in the oven or in a non greased pan.

Note: Peeled sunflower seeds or walnuts can be used instead of pine nuts.

The resulting pesto can be used for burgers, pizzas, pasta or other dishes.
