"We call this Caprese salad on bruschettas - good idea, right"

Ingredients

  • pesto
  • basil - 2 handfuls
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • parmesan - 3 tbsp.
  • olive oil - 4 - 5 tbsp.
  • salt to taste
  • bruschettas
  • franzella - 1 pc.
  • tomatoes - 2 pcs.
  • mozzarella - 1 pc.
  • basil - dry

How to make

Prepare the pesto by blending the fresh basil, garlic, parmesan and olive oil. We add salt to taste.

The baguette is cut into slices. The slices are baked on both sides.

In a bowl, cut the mozzarella and tomatoes into small cubes. Mix them.

Spread on one side of the bruschettas the pesto and add the tomatoes and mozzarella.

Sprinkle with dried basil.

The bruschettas with pesto, tomatoes, mozzarella and basil are ready.
