How to make
Cut the tomatoes in half and carefully remove the seeds. Cut the rest of the tomatoes into cubes and season with olive oil, salt, pepper, and crushed garlic.
Add the washed and chopped fresh basil leaves.
Cut the baguette into slices about 0.4″ (1 cm) thick and bake them on both sides.
If desired, rub the slices with garlic, garnish with the tomato mixture on top and serve the bruschettas immediately.
