Ingredients

  • bread - 6 slices multigrain
  • tomatoes - 2
  • garlic - 3 - 4 cloves
  • peppers - 3 from a jar
  • cheese - 100 g
  • olive oil

How to make

Spread crushed garlic on the bread slices.

Place in a preheated 390°F (200-degree) oven for a few minutes until the bread develops a light crust.

Wash the tomatoes, peel them, remove the seeds and cut them into small cubes.

We also cut the pepper into small pieces. In a bowl, mix the tomatoes and peppers. Sprinkle the mixture in the middle of each slice.

Place thinly sliced yellow cheese on top.

Arrange the finished bruschettas in a pan and bake until the cheese melts.
