Ingredients

  • baguettes - 1 pc.
  • tomatoes - 2 pcs.
  • olives - 50 g
  • olive oil - 3 tbsp.
  • capers - 1 tbsp.
  • oregano - 1 tsp.
  • basil - 1 sprig
  • black pepper
  • salt

How to make

Cut the baguettes into slices and bake until crispy.

Then smear the slices with olive oil and place on them a mixture prepared from peeled and diced tomatoes, sliced olives, pressed capers, black pepper, oregano, and salt. If desired, you can add diced red onions.

Spread the mixture on the slices and serve, sprinkled with fresh basil leaves on top.
