It is best to use dried tomatoes, which are marinated in olive oil - otherwise you need to add 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil to them.
Put the tomatoes in a blender and add fresh basil, parmesan, pine nuts and garlic cloves.
Blend well and try it - if necessary, add more salt.
Cut the baguettes into slices and bake them in the oven or toast them in a toaster.
Spread each slice with pesto and serve the bruschettas.
The bruschettas with tomato pesto are ready.
