How to make
Pre-soak the dried tomatoes in almost boiling water for half an hour or until soft.
Prepare a chopper and pour the dried tomatoes, chopped garlic, crushed nuts in it.
Add balsamic vinegar and olive oil and grind until it is ready.
Finally mix the pesto with the grated Grana Padano and spices to taste.
Serve the tomato pesto on bruschetta.
