  • pesto - from basil and arugula
  • olive oil
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • himalayan salt
  • mushrooms - 7 oz (200 g) of marinated mushrooms

How to make

Using a suitable ring, shape the bruschettas. Bake them until golden on both sides on the grill or in the oven.

Heat olive oil and add the crushed garlic cloves.

Fry for about a minute, then add the marinated mushrooms, removing the marinade beforehand.

Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly.

Spread the bruschettas with a thin layer of pesto.

Garnish with fragrant mushrooms and chives.
