Ingredients

  • pork - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • leeks - 2 heads
  • mushrooms - 4.6 oz (130 g)
  • red wine - 1 cup
  • tomato juice - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • paprika - 1 tsp.
  • universal spice - for pork
  • salt - by taste

How to make

Wash and cut the pork into cubes and season it with the universal spice.

Also cut the leeks into cubes and the mushrooms into crescents.

Pour the leeks, meat and mushrooms into a glass baking pan.
