How to make
Cut the meat into bits and put them in a deep pan. Add the pork lard and braise. Add the mushrooms, cut into slices.
Cut the leeks into round slices and the onions into cubes. Add the vegetables and stir until they soften.
Add the wine and cover with a lid. Stir occasionally until the meat softens completely.
Season the ready dish with salt, add the spices as well.
Serve with a glass of red wine.
