Ingredients

  • mushrooms - 10 pcs.
  • butter - a lump
  • bread - 1 baguette
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • parsley
  • prosciutto
  • reduction pedro ximenez

How to make

Cut the bread into slices and pour olive oil on both sides.

Set aside until you make the mushrooms.

Peel them and cut them into slices.

Melt the butter in a pan, add the mushrooms and a pinch of salt. Fry on high heat until golden. Remove and set aside the mushrooms.

Bake the bread for our delicious bruschettas on both sides in the oven.

Remove and place on a plate.

Put some fried mushrooms on top, chopped prosciutto in small pieces and sprinkle with chopped parsley.

Drop a few drops of the reduction and serve immediately the bruschettas with mushrooms and prosciutto.
