Ingredients

  • bread - 2 - 3 slices
  • mozzarella - 4.4 oz (125 g) chopped
  • sausages - 3.5 oz (100 g) of smoked salami or another type of sausage
  • olive oil - for sprinkling
  • salt
  • spices - to taste
  • basil - or parsley

How to make

Cut circles from the bread slices using a small ring. Bake the circles on both sides in a pan or grill.

On top of each bruschetta put a cut circle of salami, mozzarella, salami again and finish with another bruschetta.

Sprinkle with basil, olive oil and whatever spices you like. Decorate to your liking.
