How to make
The pesto is prepared, by mixing all of the products and blending it into a sauce. Season it with as much salt as you like.
The bread is toasted in a toaster. Spread a little pesto on each slice. The tomatoes are washed and cut into circles and arranged on the slices. Place a slice of green pepper on top of the tomatoes.
Mix the crumbled white cheese with yogurt, salt and finely chopped parsley in a bowl and stir.
With a small teaspoon, grab a scoop of the mixture and place in the hole of the pepper. Serve them with fresh basil leaves and pesto. Very tasty and light breakfast!
