How to make
In a deep bowl, beat the egg (set aside 1/3 of the egg white for spreading the bread on top) with the sugar and salt.
Add the warm milk and the melted butter (at room temperature). Then pour the flour and yeast and knead the dough.
Divide the dough into four equal balls. Place the dough balls in a tray covered with parchment paper and leave them to rise in a warm place (covered with transparent foil).
After they have risen, spread them with egg white, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake the burger buns in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C), until they're fully baked. Now you have to fry the potatoes (in a pan with oil), then the beef burger (in the same pan).
Grab a bread bun and cut it into two halves with a bread knife. Lightly dip each half into the remaining fat in the pan (where you have cooked the potatoes and meat).
Spread the bottom half with pesto. Then we place the beef burger and a slice of cheddar on it. Arrange the sliced tomatoes on top of the cheddar and place the second slice of cheddar on top of them.
Finally, add the fried potatoes, the sauces and the other half of the bread.
