How to cook
Wash the chicken livers well.
Put oil in a baking pan and add the sliced onions and finely chopped garlic feathers.
Put the flour and vegetable seasoning in a bowl and mix them well.
Roll the chicken livers in it and arrange them onto the onions and garlic.
Drizzle them with olive oil and pour 1/2 cup of water.
Place them in the oven and bake them until they're done.
When serving, sprinkle them with finely chopped parsley.
