How to make
The chicken livers are washed in several waters. Put them in salted boiling water for 1 minute and take them out.
The onions are peeled and cut into crescents, carrots are grated, the peppers are cleaned and cut into thin strips.
Fry the onion for 7-8 minutes, add the carrots and peppers and fry for another 3-4 minutes.
Put the onions, carrots and peppers, strained livers in a baking pan and season with soy sauce, lemon juice, wine and black pepper.
Cover the baking pan with foil and bake for 40 minutes at 340°F (170°C).
Then remove the foil and bake the beer appetizer some more.
The oven-baked chicken livers are ready.
