How to make
The chicken livers are washed, cut in half and salted.
Each liver is rolled in flour, dipped in oil and arranged in a tray covered with baking paper.
If desired, the livers can also be strung on skewers.
Sprinkle with the dry spices and bake in an oven preheated to 480°F (250°C) for no more than 12 to 15 minutes.
