How to make
Bake the cleaned livers briefly in a pan.
Braise the mushrooms slightly, then the onions, chopped into crescents, in the same pan. Add the livers, return the mushrooms and onions to the pan, pour on the cream and a little water if needed.
Add salt, black pepper, bake everything at 390°F (200 °C) until fully ready.
At the very end, sprinkle cheese and crisp until golden.
