  • chicken hearts - 7 oz (200 g)
  • rice - 1 cup
  • pepper - 1 pc. green
  • pepper - 1 pc. red
  • carrot - 1 pc.
  • onion - 1 onion
  • oil
  • savory herb
  • paprika - 1 tsp.
  • black pepper - 1/2 tsp.

How to make

Heat oil in a wide pot. Cut the vegetables as finely as possible and put them to stew over low heat until soft. Add the cleaned and dried chicken hearts.

Fry for about five minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add the rice, stir and after 2-3 minutes add the spices.

Stir and pour four cups of boiling water. Two minutes after boiling the dish, turn off the stove.

Cover with a lid, if the lid has a hole, also cover it with a towel. Leave the dish for about 30 minutes without opening the pot until the rice absorbs the liquid.

The chicken hearts with rice and peppers are very tasty.
