How to make
Put the tongue in a pot with salted water, by adding celery stalks, a chopped pepper and 3 cloves of garlic.
The cooked veal tongue is dipped in cold water, peeled and cut into cubes.
Heat fat in a pan, fry the finely chopped onions and garlic, add the chopped peppers and grated tomatoes.
Add sugar and as much salt as you like.
Add the chopped tongue and as soon as the appetizing stew boils, reduce the heat and cook over low heat.
At the end, add the finely chopped onion and parsley.
Serve the veal tongue stew with a side dish of your choice.
