"Todays suggestion for a wonderful beer appetizer is this tender fried pork liver. Enjoy your meal!"

Ingredients

  • pork liver - 1.5 lb (700 g)
  • flour - 1 cup
  • milk - 1 cup
  • oil
  • salt
measures

How to make

Cut the pork liver into slices. Wash it well. Put it in a bowl and add the milk.

Leave it in the refrigerator for 6 hours.

Pour the fat into a pan to heat up. Strain the liver from the milk and dry it with kitchen paper.

Put the flour into a bowl and start rolling the pieces of liver in it.

When the fat heats up, fry them, but be careful, because sometimes it sprays a lot.

Take it out and in the plate in which you leave it, place kitchen paper, in order to remove the excess fat.

Season with salt, but after frying.

For garnish, you can fry potatoes and open a cold beer. Wonderful beer appetizer.

Enjoy your meal!
