Ingredients

  • pork liver - 1.1 - 2.2 lb (500 - 1000 g)
  • corn flour - 1.1 oz (30 g)
  • salt - 1 tsp. or to taste

How to make

The pork liver for the recipe is soaked in cold water for about 30 minutes, then strained and cut into pieces.

Roll it in flour and fry it in preheated oil.

Serve with chopped onion and lemon.
