How to make
The pork chops are cut into medium thin pieces and lightly pounded with a wooden mallet.
Sprinkle them generously with the grill spice, arrange them on a plate, wrap them with foil and leave them in the refrigerator for 1 hour to absorb the aroma of the spices.
Heat a frying pan with butter and oil. Each pork chop is rolled in corn flour and fried, until they aquire a golden color on both sides.
Once they're fried, place them onto kitchen paper to absorb excess fat.
The fried pork chops with corn flour are ready.
