How to make
Clean the fish and wash it, then cut it into slices and leave it for about 1 hour in water, to soak well so that there is no blood.
Pour the oil into a pan and wait for it until it heats up nicely and in the meantime season the fish with salt, which we have taken out of the water and have allowed it to drain well.
Roll it in corn flour and fry it until it aquires a golden color.
