How to make
Clean the carp, wash it and cut it into portions.
Leave it in a colander, so that the water can drain well. Then season the pieces with salt well and leave them, if possible, for 1 day.
Put baking paper in the air fryer.
Grease each piece of fish well, roll them in corn flour and place them in the appliance.
Bake the fish at 370°F (190°C) for 10 minutes on each side.
Serve the air fryer carp with corn flour while it's warm with lemon slices.
