How to make
Clean and wash the gizzards and put them in a pot of water.
Turn on the heat and after they foam forms, remove it. Boil them until soft, then strain them from the water.
In a pan or saucepan, fry the coarsely chopped onion, add the gizzards and the grinded tomatoes.
If you don't have fresh tomatoes, substitute with tomato juice or puree.
Season with the spices and fry until they remain in fat.
The gizzards with onions and tomatoes are ready!
