How to make
Wash the liver and cut it into pieces. Put it in a bowl.
Sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Marinate in the red wine and soy sauce for about 1 hour.
Remove the liver from the marinade and roll both sides in the cornmeal.
Spray both sides with olive oil.
Place the breaded liver in a preheated fryer on the fry program for 20 minutes.
On the tenth minute, turn it over if it doesn't brown on the bottom.
Garnish the Air Fryer Pork Liver with a salad of choice.
