How to make
Breaded cauliflower in an air fryer - very tasty and without excess fat.
I make a thick paste from the eggs, olive oil, breadcrumbs, water, salt and black pepper.
My cauliflower is frozen and doesn't need to be blanched. If you use fresh, blanch it for 5 minutes in salted water.
I dip each cauliflower floret in the mixture and bake on baking paper in the Air Fryer at 390°F (200°C).
In the oven roast the cauliflower at 480°F (250°C) with a fan.
You can make a sauce from yogurt, garlic and dill.
