How to make
Put the whole potatoes in a pot to boil and when they are ready, strain them, peel them and leave them in the refrigerator to harden for about 3 hours.
This makes them more firm and they don't wrinkle.
After three hours, cut them into cubes and leave them to cool for a while while making the sauce with the cottage cheese.
In a bowl, press the garlic, add the cottage cheese, yogurt and mix everything very well.
Add the spices and salt and stir once more and pour it over the diced potatoes.
Add olive oil on top of the delicious potato salad.
