How to make
We mix the cottage cheese with the olive paste and stir until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. We wash the vegetables and cut them.
Cut the cucumber crosswise into circles, and the tomato and avocado into crescents.
The onion is cut into slices. Arrange the chopped vegetables on a plate, placing the cucumber in the middle of the plate, the onion on top of it and the tomatoes and avocado around them.
We also add the cottage cheese with the olive paste, forming small balls from the mixture.
Drizzle the vegetable salad with olive oil and lemon juice.
Sprinkle salt and dill on top. We also add the hot pepper.
