How to make
Soak the liver well, let it drain from the water.
Cut it into thin slices.
Season with salt and black pepper, lightly grease each piece, roll in flour and arrange in the air fryer.
Optionally, you can add 1-2 bay leaves.
Heat the appliance and bake for 25 minutes at 360°F (180°C) and towards the middle of cooking, turn the fried liver.
Serve the warm crispy pork liver in an air fryer with a fresh salad.
