How to make

Knead the minced meat with the spices and divide it into 5 equal parts.

Spread out each part. I use a silicone mat for this purpose, it makes it easy for me, but also baking paper works too. Place the egg in the middle and roll it up.

I cooked the meatballs in an air fryer, on the roast program at 370°F (190°C) for 17 minutes.
