The minced meat is fried, until it crumbles and changes color.
In this case, I do not add fat. Add the spices and puree. When it is ready, it is removed from the heat.
Cut the peppers in half and clean them. Then they are stuffed nicely and arranged in a small tray.
The stuffed peppers are baked on the roast program for 5 minutes at 370°F (185°C).
Then the eggs are beaten and carefully poured into the peppers with a spoon.
The ideas is to make the peppers look more full. After 2-3 minutes, turn the peppers over and bake them for another 5 minutes on the other side.
Finally, turn them over again, sprinkle them with yellow cheese and bake for a short time.
