How to make

If you like Stephanie Roll, try this version of the dish with minced meat as well.

The zucchini is grated, salted and left. Then it is filtered through cheesecloth or a strainer. The minced pork is mixed with the zucchini and the spices.

The pepper and carrot are cut into strips and grilled on the grill program for 10 minutes at 200°C.

I use silicone tart molds to make the minced meat nests. Silicone molds are not greased, but if you use ceramic ones, grease them. Then shape the nests. Look at one of the pictures.

I prepared the nests in the air fryer.

First, they are baked with only the minced meat on the roast program for 8 minutes at 185°C. The nests are then removed from the molds.

Put pieces of pepper, carrot and pickle. Crack 1 egg on top. They are baked like this for 4 minutes. Finally, they are sprinkled with grated cheese and baked at 370°F (190°C) for 3-4 minutes.

9 pcs. are obtained.

The air fryer holds 4 at a time.

You can also cook these Stephanie roll nests in the oven.
