Ingredients

  • mince - 14 oz (400 g) lamb + 14 oz (400 g) beef
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • butter - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp (30 ml)
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • cayenne pepper - 2 tsp, flakes
  • coriander - 1 tsp
  • cumin - 1 tsp
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • black pepper - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • thyme - 1/2 tsp

How to make

Mix the 2 kinds of mince in a bowl and add the dry spices, lemon juice and butter (cut into small pieces). Knead everything very well and put in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
