Ingredients

  • beef - 2 lb (1 kg), or use pork
  • rice - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • onions - 7 - 8 heads
  • tomato paste - 2 tablespoons
  • flour - 1 tablespoon
  • paprika
  • black pepper
  • salt

How to make

Cut the meat into pieces for kebabs and fry it in 2-3 tablespoons of oil. Remove the meat and in the same oil, fry the finely chopped onion, add the diluted tomato paste, flour and season it with black pepper and paprika, and salt.

Pour in hot water, add the fried meat and let it cook on a low heat. Fry the rice in 3 tablespoons of oil and once it becomes clear, top it with 2 cups (500 ml) of hot water. Once tender, season it with spices and remove it from the heat.

Serve the kebabs on a bed of rice.
