How to make
Put the minced meat in a bowl and season it with spices of your choice. Shape it into meatballs and fry them in hot fat. Add the chopped onion to them.
After it is fried, add the chopped leek. After 1-2 minutes, add the flour and spices.
Pour the wine and water to the desired thickness (we like a thinner sauce).
Add the bay leaf and salt to taste.
Let the kebab cook for about 25-30 minutes on low heat. Finally, add chopped parsley and remove it from the heat.
Remove the bay leaf and serve the meatballs with boiled rice.
