How to make
Cut the rabbit into portions and add it into the water, boil it, until it's fully cooked, add as much salt as you like and stir.
Heat 2-3 tablespoons of oil and fry the chopped onion, add a pinch of salt, the rice is added after 1-2 minutes and it is removed from heat.
Pour the rice and onion in a baking pan, arrange the cooked meat, add 4 cups of the broth, sprinkle the dish with black pepper and add the bay leaf.
Bake it in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for about 40 minutes.
At the end, sprinkle it with chopped parsley.
