Ingredients

  • pork - 1.3 lb (600 g)
  • onion - 3 onions
  • tomato juice - 2 cups (500 ml)
  • oil - 4 tbsp.
  • flour - 1 tbsp.
  • black pepper
  • bay leaf
  • cumin - by taste
  • parsley
  • salt

How to make

Fry the meat in the vegetable fat, until it becomes pink. Add the onion and fry, until it softens.

Add the flour and dry spices.

Mix everything and pour the tomato juice and the same amount of hot water.

Leave it to boil over low heat, until the meat becomes tender.

Serve the meat with sauce.

Sprinkle it with freshly ground black pepper and chopped parsley.

You can add boiled white rice as a side dish.
