  • butter - 1.1 oz (30 g)
  • onions - 1 head
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • flour - 1 tbsp.
  • tomato puree - 1 tbsp.
  • salt - 1 tsp.
  • potatoes - 2 medium in size
  • carrots - 2
  • hot water - 3 tsp.
  • black pepper - to taste

  • oil - 2 tbsp.
  • vegetable seasoning - 1 tbsp.
  • rice - 1 cup
  • hot water - 3 cups

How to make

Wash and cut the meat into small cubes. Separately, melt the butter in the oil, add the meat and fry until golden, stirring constantly.

Add the finely chopped onion and garlic cloves, continue frying until the onion softens.

Add the flour and mix for 2-3 minutes, add the tomato puree and mix again.

Add the salt, peeled and diced potatoes and carrots, pepper to taste and 3 cups of hot water.

Put the lid on the pot and cook on low heat for about 30 minutes.

Now make the garnish

Melt the butter in the oil and fry the pre-washed rice until transparent.

Dissolve the vegetable seasoning in the hot water and add to the rice, if necessary add salt (because the seasoning contains salt).

Cook with the lid of the pot closed, without stirring, over low heat.

Serve the tas kebab by placing the rice in the middle of a serving plate and pouring the kebab on the side.
