How to make
First boil the meat (in the pressure cooker for 30-40 minutes).
The onions, carrots and mushrooms are stewed, until they're almost fully cooked. Add the meat in small pieces and add the broth, in which the meat was boiled.
Add paprika, black pepper, vegetable seasoning, salt and sugar. Then add the tomato puree.
After it boils a little, if it is too thin, it is thickened with flour.
The kebab is served with a scoop of boiled rice or a scoop of dietary mashed potatoes.
The tas kebab is ready.
