"A tender veal with an aromatic sauce, served on a bed of rice - exactly what we felt like eating today!"

Ingredients

  • beef - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • rice - 7 oz (200 g)
  • onions - 12.5 oz (350 g)
  • oil - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • tomato paste - 1/5 cup (60 ml)
  • flour - 1 tbsp (15 g)
  • bay leaf - 1 - 2
  • paprika
  • black pepper
  • salt

How to make

Cut the meat into pieces and fry it. Remove it and in the same oil, fry the onions. Add the diluted with a little water tomato paste, the flour, season it with paprika and black pepper, bay leaf and salt.

Then pour on some hot water, add the meat and leave it to saute on low heat. In a separate pot, boil the rice and when it gains a golden color, add a pint of hot water to it. Boil it and put 1 portion in a plate.

Top with the kebabs and serve.
