Ingredients

  • mince - 17.5 oz (500 g) beef
  • eggs - 1
  • onions - 1 head, very finely chopped
  • bread - 2 slices, dry, without the crust
  • savory - 1 tsp
  • black pepper - to taste
  • paprika - 1/2 tsp
  • cumin - 1/2 tsp
  • salt - to taste
  • oregano - 1/3 tsp
  • rice - 1/2 cup
  • eggs - 2, for crumbing
  • breadcrumbs - for crumbing

How to make

Boil the rice with a little salt and oil and let it cool. Mix the mince with all the products and spices and then knead it with the boiled rice too.

Heat oil in a pan, shape oval or oblong meatballs, dip them thoroughly in beaten eggs and breadcrumbs and then fry them evenly on both sides.
