How to make
The minced meat is mixed with the rice and spices. Meatballs are formed from the mixture and are boiled in salted water. The finished meatballs are removed from the broth.
In a pot, put the butter to melt and fry the flour, add the cream and 2 cups (500 ml) of the meatball broth and spices.
Leave it to boil for 5 minutes on the stove until the sauce thickens and then add the meatballs.
Serve them sprinkled with fresh parsley.
